Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every Craves device. If you receive a defective product, we’ll make it right — fast.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and applicable health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. What Qualifies as Defective

  • Device does not power on or hold a charge
  • Atomizer fails on first use
  • Physical damage to the unit upon arrival
  • Significant flavor or hardware defect verified by our QC team

3. What Cannot Be Returned

  • Used or partially used devices (except verified defects)
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or unauthorized modification

4. How to Request a Return

Email sales@cravesla.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photo or short video of the defect

Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s processed. Replacement orders ship within 1–2 business days of approval.

6. Shipping Costs

For defective items, return shipping is on us — we’ll provide a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the entire order was incorrect.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Craves LA is not liable for loss or theft. We recommend shipping to a secure address. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
